Barcol‐Air is focused on delivering radiant systems to the construction and refurbishment markets of the US and Canada. The US commercial and institutional construction market totals around $800BN per year, of which about $300BN falls into the categories of office, commercial, health care, and educational construction. The US Green Building market in particular represented 25% of all new construction activity in 2010. The firm’s target area has a population of around 300 million. The US represents about 20%, or $14BN, of the $69BN global HVAC equipment industry. US HVAC demand is forecast to grow at over 8% annually through 2014.

Barcol Air has the technology, the team, and the track record to establish itself as the leader in Radiant Ceilings and Chilled Beams in the US market. Our target growth is $50MM in sales in 5 years given its existing pipeline, purchase orders, and its running growth trajectory of over 100% per year.
